Chattanooga Photographer | Madeline’s Maternity Portraits

Twenty-something years ago, the lovely mother you see here was the flower girl in my wedding. She’s always been so sweet and quite a beauty. Madeline is my “little” cousin. She has had many amazing experiences in her life and has worked hard to achieve her dreams…..including Miss Alabama USA in 2011 and 2nd runner-up in the Miss USA pageant (I will never forget this night, screaming at the weatherman who kept breaking in and interrupting at the most important moments!), and most recently her reign as Mrs. America 2016 and 3rd runner up at the Mrs. World pageant in China. At this point you may think I’m bragging….and I am.

I have to admit though, the trait I’m most impressed with is Madeline’s devoted heart to her role of motherhood. You’ll see it in these photographs. She’s radiant. She adores her precious Kip and baby River who is still being knit together in her womb. And she’s equally devoted and in love with her sweet husband Ryan. It was such a joy and honor for them to drive all the up to Cleveland TN from South Alabama for this special maternity session. Our time together was sweet and blessed. And I almost kept Kip with me – such an absolute angel of a child. No, really. Goodness, I can’t wait to see baby River and watch him grow.
